A new version of the SIDMON.exe code has been uploaded to the web.
This fixes a (Microsoft-caused) bug in the handling of daylight
savings time. It's available for download at:
http://solar-center.stanford.edu/SID/Distribution/current/

Thanks to Ray Mitchell for fixing this for us!

Well, perhaps it's a little more accurate to say that it was a documentation problem that Microsoft caused me when I wrote the daylight savings handling routine... and the strange thing was that I specifically tested it and it *seemed* to work! Bugs! Aaahhh!

You should check frequently to make sure your monitor and software is running properly and producing resonable output. Feel free to report problems and bugs, we will address them as soon as possible. I have done my very best to make the code robust and error free... but sometimes there's something I missed.
